SAG Awards

Digital Design

Asset A

The Screen Actors Guild Awards is a premier televised event celebrating excellence in on-screen performance. As a member of the digital publicity team, I designed a wide range of digital media leading up to and during the live event. This included social content, interactive downloads, brand partnership graphics, and event-day collateral. All deliverables aligned seamlessly with the year’s brand system, which extended across commercials, physical set design, and the televised broadcast.

Challenge

The SAG Awards is a high-visibility, time-sensitive production with many moving parts and a massive audience. The challenge was to create engaging digital content that captured the prestige of the event while remaining cohesive with an existing visual identity being implemented across multiple mediums—from digital to broadcast to physical spaces. All assets needed to be timely, on-brand, and adaptable for different audiences and platforms.

Objective

I aimed to support the digital publicity efforts by designing media that would build excitement, communicate key event details, and reinforce the awards’ brand presence across social and digital channels. The designs had to be visually unified with the year’s broader branding while serving multiple functions such as fan engagement and guest logistics.

Results

I delivered a suite of digital assets that contributed to a consistent and polished brand presence across all touchpoints. Social media graphics helped generate buzz in the lead-up to the event, while interactive downloads and digital collateral supported guest experience and partner engagement. All designs aligned with the overarching brand system and enhanced the visual continuity of the SAG Awards across platforms, contributing to a successful, well-coordinated live event.

Asset A

In order to engage the audience, I generated concepts for additional downloadable material such as a bingo card or wine flight label for the sponsor partner.

I used subtle animations to add intrigue and catch the viewer's eye while scrolling.
