ICM Partners and Paradigm Talent Agency are two leading talent agencies with offices in Los Angeles and around the world. They frequently advertise both digitally and in print magazines such as Variety and The Hollywood Reporter. YYES developed flexible and consistent design assets to ensure ads are exciting yet recognizable in order to build brand awareness. I applied the flexible system to a variety of layouts, using bold typography, sharp photography, and thoughtful composition to align each piece with the brand’s tone and the context of the ad placement.

Challenge

Each ad needed to stand out in a crowded media landscape while reinforcing a cohesive and recognizable brand identity. The challenge was to employ materials that could adapt to varied formats, content types, and layouts without sacrificing consistency or impact.

Objective

We aimed to apply a flexible visual system that balanced bold, eye-catching design with brand clarity. Assets needed to be versatile enough for both print and digital use, while allowing room for individualized messaging through the use of photography, typography, and layout variation.

Results

Working within the branded system developed by YYES, I executed a range of ads that were visually engaging and immediately recognizable. By strategically pairing bold typography with curated photography, I tailored each execution to suit the context while preserving brand integrity. The flexible design approach enabled seamless adaptation across platforms and helped reinforce the agencies’ presence in key industry publications.
